Account & Registration
To open an account on baj, you must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. A person may only create one account, and baj reserves the right to cancel any additional accounts created. It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to us immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Financial transactions on baj are handled in a completely secure and reliable manner. All deposit and withdrawal requests will go through a verification process. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts will be subject to the platform's set limits and may change over time. Depositing funds from illegal or suspicious sources is strictly prohibited. Any taxes or duties applicable in Bangladesh, if any, shall be borne by the user.
Bonuses & Promotions
Each bonus and promotion offer on baj has its own terms and conditions that should be read carefully before accepting. A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will be considered void and may result in account suspension. Prohibited Activities

If prohibited activities are detected, baj reserves the right to confiscate the balance of the relevant account.

The baj platform provides services on an "as is" basis, and the company is not liable for any damages caused by technical disruptions, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. Gaming outcomes are determined by a random number generator and cannot be altered under any circumstances. baj bears no responsibility for third-party links or services. Claims against the company regarding financial losses or missed opportunities are limited. If any provision of these terms is declared invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to be enforceable.
Data Protection & Privacy
Baj stores users' personal information with the highest level of security and does not sell or share it with third parties. Account Suspension & Closure
If the terms and conditions are violated, baj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time without notice.
